Yellow Light, Red Light, Green Light...GO
There were quite a few surprises at the Fall 2020 shows. But in my mind, none were quite as shocking as the color choices designers sent down the runway. Summertime sunshine was everywhere! Fall seasons are usually characterized by more traditional fall colors- black, navy, earth tones, or muted shades, but this year bold color- jewel tones reigned supreme. These items can catwalk themselves into my closet right now. In addition to popping up on our favorite designer Instagram feeds, the color green has recently been recognized by paint experts and designers as a top trending hue. Green has been named 2020 color of the year by Etsy and Behr, respectively. Green is a neutral color in nature, so whatever you decide to pair with it, it is sure to be a natural winner.
